generic class

GB 30077-2023 "Requirements for the Equipping of Emergency Rescue Materials in Hazardous Chemical Units": specifies the principles, overall equipment requirements, workplace equipment requirements, enterprise emergency rescue team equipment requirements, other equipment requirements, management and maintenance requirements for the provision of emergency rescue materials in hazardous chemical units. It is applicable to the provision of emergency rescue materials in hazardous chemical production and storage units, and can be used as a reference for units that use, operate, transport and dispose of hazardous chemicals.

AQ/T 9002 "Guidelines for the Preparation of Emergency Plans for Safety Production Accidents in Production and Business Units" 2: Requirements are put forward for the procedures, contents, and elements of the preparation of emergency plans for safety production accidents in production and business units, including guidance on the equipment and use of emergency rescue devices.

Individual protection category

GB/T 18664 "Selection, Use, and Maintenance of Respiratory Protective Equipment" provides specifications for the selection, use, and maintenance of respiratory protective equipment. Chemical enterprises must comply with this standard when equipping respiratory protective equipment such as positive pressure air respirators and filter gas masks.

AQ/T 6107 "Selection, Use, and Maintenance of Chemical Protective Clothing" 2: specifies the requirements for the selection, use, and maintenance of chemical protective clothing. Enterprises should equip appropriate chemical protective clothing according to the characteristics of hazardous chemicals in the workplace in accordance with this standard.

GA 621 "Standard for Personal Protective Equipment for Firefighters" 2: Requirements for the provision of personal protective equipment for firefighters. Emergency rescue teams of chemical enterprises can refer to this standard when equipping firefighters with personal protective equipment such as fire helmets and firefighting protective clothing.

Fire and rescue category

Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises (GB 50160) 2: put forward requirements for general layout, fire separation, fire fighting facilities, etc. of petrochemical enterprises. The provision and setting of fire fighting facilities such as fire water system, foam fire extinguishing system, fire extinguishers, etc. of enterprises shall comply with this standard.

GB 50313 "Design Specification for Fire Communication and Command System" 2: specifies the design requirements for fire communication and command systems. The construction of emergency rescue communication equipment and systems in chemical enterprises should meet this standard to ensure smooth communication during the rescue process.

GA 622 "Equipment Standards for Fire Special Service Stations" 2: provides standards for the equipment of fire special service stations, and chemical enterprises can refer to this standard to equip some professional fire rescue equipment, such as fire trucks, demolition tools, smoke exhaust lighting equipment, etc.

Related gas detection standards: For different toxic, harmful, flammable and explosive gas detection standards, the gas concentration detectors and other detection equipment equipped by enterprises must meet the corresponding technical requirements and accuracy standards for gas detection, in order to accurately detect the gas concentration in the workplace and ensure personnel safety.
